Booking Deposit Policy

A deposit is required to reserve your party date and time at Summerlin Paintball. Your deposit will be applied toward the final balance of your reservation.

All party deposits are non-refundable. Once a reservation has been booked, the deposit will not be refunded for cancellations, changes of plans, reductions in party size, or failure to attend.

Rescheduling

We understand that plans can change. Reservations may be rescheduled up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time, subject to availability.

When a reservation is rescheduled, the existing deposit will be transferred to the new reservation date.

Each reservation may be rescheduled one time. Rescheduling does not make the deposit eligible for a refund.

Requests made less than 48 hours before the scheduled start time are not eligible for rescheduling, and the deposit will be forfeited.

Cancellations & No-Shows

If you cancel your reservation, your deposit is non-refundable.

Guests who do not arrive for their scheduled reservation and have not rescheduled within the permitted timeframe will forfeit their deposit.

Late arrivals may result in a shortened playing session so that other scheduled reservations are not affected.

Changes to Party Size

Your reservation is held specifically for your group based on the date, time, and estimated number of players provided when booking.

Reducing the number of players does not qualify the reservation or deposit for a refund.

Additional players may be added subject to availability and applicable per-player pricing.

Weather & Conditions

Paintball activities may continue during light rain or other normal weather conditions.

If Summerlin Paintball determines that conditions are unsafe or the facility must cancel your reservation, you will have the option to reschedule your reservation or receive a refund of the applicable booking deposit.

Final Balance

The booking deposit is applied toward the total cost of your party. Any remaining balance, additional players, upgrades, paint, equipment, or other purchases are due according to the terms provided for your reservation.

Retail Purchases

All merchandise and equipment sales are final. No refunds, returns, exchanges, or store credit will be issued for retail merchandise or equipment purchases, except where required by applicable law.

Acceptance of Policy

By submitting a deposit or completing a reservation, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to Summerlin Paintball's Booking & Deposit Policy.
