Booking Deposit Policy

A $200 deposit is required to secure your reservation. By placing this deposit, you are reserving a dedicated timeslot.

Refund Policy

• 50% Refund: Deposits are 50% refundable if cancellation is made at least 14 days prior to the scheduled party.

• No Refund: Deposits are non-refundable if cancellation is made within 14 days of the scheduled party.

Rescheduling

• You may reschedule your reservation (subject to availability) if notice is provided before your event date.

• Deposits are applied to the new timeslot but remain subject to the refund rules above.

 Cancellations

• In the rare event that we must cancel your reservation (e.g., accidental overbooking or unforeseen issues), you may choose either:

  • A full refund, or

  • To apply your deposit to another available timeslot.
